Harvest Mice

These guys are so unbelievably cute. Unfortunately I cannot bring these with me to events as they are ridiculously quick but I still wanted you to see them.

I have had them nearly a year now and have probably only held them about 5 times. They are very good at getting away from me!

However, if you book a 1-to1 animal handling experience at my house you are more than welcome to have a good look at them. I can promise you, you will not be able to resist watching them and laughing out loud. They make me smile every single day!

Harvest mice are very small and will never grow bigger than your thumb. They can be communal although sometimes the boys will fight. They are known to bicker but if you find they are loosing their tails and have bitten ears etc you need to find out which is the bully and separate them.

We currently have 13 of various generations and as they become sexually mature in just 4 weeks we expect our little fuzzy family to expand again soon.

If you are interested in purchasing any of these, give us a call! Our babies are much more confident as they have only ever known our vivarium and are used to us opening the viv and putting our hands in to change the food and water etc so we are now getting more handling time! They make excellent pets!!!
